About This Rental

The 16 foot Tiki Plunge double lane water slide will keep your guests entertained for hours with adrenaline pumping fun! The Tiki Plunge water slide has a set of stairs on the left side and 2 lanes for each rider to go down. Each rider will end their slide into a 20 inch deep pool. The 16' Tiki Plunge is also the perfect backyard slide without water! Bring your luau or tropical themed party to life with this dual lane slide!

**If a grounded power outlet is not available within 100 feet of the setup location, a generator rental is required for an additional fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND DISCLAIMER

You are solely responsible for determining whether you and/or your minor child/ward are physically fit and adequately skilled for use of the rental equipment. You further agree to supervise all use of the equipment and ensure it is used properly and in accordance with all provided instructions.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INHERENT RISKS:

You understand and acknowledge that the use of inflatable amusement equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, improper use, equipment failure, and other hazards that may result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death.

Renter agrees to accept the equipment and each component thereof “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” Bounce and Beyond LLC makes NO WARRANTIES, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Renter assumes ALL RISKS associated with the use, operation, and possession of the equipment, whether such risks are known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Bounce and Beyond LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any injury, death, property damage, or loss arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the equipment, including but not limited to claims based on ordinary negligence.

All rental equipment is intended solely for use by the Renter and invited participants under Renter’s supervision. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

WAIVER, RELEASE, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

INFLATABLE & BOUNCE HOUSE LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.

In consideration for renting equipment from Bounce and Beyond LLC, I, on behalf of myself, my minor child(ren)/ward(s), and any participants I allow to use the equipment, agree as follows:

1. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

___ I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bounce and Beyond LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims for injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to the use of the equipment, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

___ I certify that all participants are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to safely participate.

___ I understand that Bounce and Beyond LLC does not provide attendants and is not responsible for participant behavior.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

___ I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, injury, or damage, including serious injury or death, arising from use of the equipment.

__ I understand that inflatable activities carry risks including, but not limited to, injury, paralysis, or death, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

3. INDEMNIFICATION:

___ I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bounce and Beyond LLC from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to my use of the equipment or any participant I allow to use the equipment.

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUPERVISION:

___ I acknowledge that Bounce and Beyond LLC does not provide supervision and that I am solely responsible for supervising all participants and enforcing all safety rules.

5. EQUIPMENT CONDITION:

___ I acknowledge that I have inspected the equipment (or had the opportunity to do so) and accept it in good condition.

6. INSURANCE:

___ I understand that I am responsible for obtaining any desired medical, health, or liability insurance coverage.

7. EXPRESS NEGLIGENCE WAIVER:

___ To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, I expressly agree that this agreement is intended to release Bounce and Beyond LLC from liability for its own ordinary negligence.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH AND WILL VOID ANY AGREEMENT.

___ Must be supervised by an adult.

___ Individuals with head, neck, back, or muscular-skeletal injuries are not permitted in the unit at any time.

___ No flips, somersaults, or roughhousing allowed.

___ No climbing or pulling on the netting of the equipment by a person inside or outside of the inflatable(s).

___ No shoes in the inflatable(s).

___ No sharp objects in or around the inflatable(s).

___ No food, drinks, gum, candy, confetti or trash in or around the inflatable(s). (A cleaning fee will be charged for any excessive clean-up other than normal use.)

___ Do not use silly string in or around the inflatable(s) - it will damage the unit which you would then accept responsibility to fix.

___ No eyeglasses, jewelry, or body jewelry in the inflatable.

___ Children of the same age group must play at the same time

___ No persons over 180lbs are allowed inside the inflatable(s).

___ Extra caution and supervision is required for children three (3) and under.

___ In case of rain and/or lightning all persons must exit the inflatable(s) then the motor should be turned off

___ In case of accidental power outage to unit, have all persons exit the inflatable(s) then check for disconnections.

I have read and fully understand the above important information, warning of risk, assumption of risk, and waiver release of all claims.
